Super hard. A lot of research. I can spend 10 minutes on a hit and have to return in the end.

Times are hard to gauge. Anywhere from 3 minutes to 30 minutes on each one. Depends on the pay and how bored I am

Pain in the butt when you have to toss one back after spending 5-10 minutes on it because there's something wrong with it (property has 4 addresses, the address you think it is doesn't match, etc, etc)

I loved this qual, they are hard, and some day ill keep it more than a week.

Can't find any damn proof, even though you know for sure that you have the right address.

ALso, you lose your qual if you make a mistake, so you have to be 100% accurate. If I have any doubts, I return the hit.
