That requester might, which is good. But others don't and they rely on it being in the URL, so in general, it's not good practice to remove the end of the URL since some requesters will need that.

and it's fine to have your Mturk ID at the end, I always leave it in.
but if you want to remove that, you have to delete the &MID also, and leave the link to end at the form code -- keep in mind what@electrolyte just said, and that sometimes the requester relies on the address including the data
