Haven't heard that in years. It made me cry. You know, the Special Forces (their proper name, of course) are so deeply trained--they are Rangers to begin with--that they also receive training in such delicate things as "hostile negotiations" in case we need Soldiers to go into some jungle somewhere to negotiate and "turn" some guerilla leader to do what we think needs to be done.
