They opened a thread on MTG a few months ago. I think the person managing the Racenote transcription seems to have changed... it was a guy named Kyle, and then someone else. In March 2016 they were replying to their thread there, however I posted a few follow ups, without response, since March.

I like their HITs. They could work on communicating better with Mturk workers.
