I'm on the no booze train myself. It's been over two months and before that, I only had a couple drinks in the previous 9 weeks. I'm really feeling healthier.

I've gone back and forth on the drinking issue several times in my life. I can only say that it's better for everyone around me that I have a few drinks every now and then.

Eventually, I will start drinking in moderation again but it was just becoming too much and I wanted to improve my health.

I'm curious if you think the oil is helping at all. I swear by it, but I've suggested it to friends who don't get anything from it. I'm wondering if I'm just a head case?

I workout 5 days a week to offset any drinking I do. It all evens out, right?
