Hmmm I might trial it! It's worth a shot to not have to buy whitening products anymore.
How long do you do it for?

There are so many different recommendations. Some people do it for 20 minutes per day but I think that's crazy. I did it for 5-10 minutes and still try to do it occasionally. I figure something is better than something? You could also mix a little oregano essential oil in there to kill bacteria and fungus and stuff.
