Usually I'm a $30 club kinda girl but today I had a $5 bonus from a "move the slider" survey and the big $11.65 bonus from that partner survey.

That was a little over a year ago!! Thanks though, I used to barely find $30 of work. I've learned how to use my scripts better, I've learned how to stay motivated, and I've learned how to deal with rejections and being human and needing breaks. So it's definitely a long thing coming for me, but it took a fuck ton of support from this whole damn forum family ^_^

So for anyone still not sure they can make it, a year ago I made $5 in an hour and thought that was the best I'd ever do.

You're doing amazing! My brother started turking about the same time you did. Even with my help spoon feeding him scripts and work he still couldn't figure out how to get more than $30/day. He is convinced that I can only make that or more because I have Masters. While I'll admit that does help, it definitely isn't everything to working on here. He gave up a few months ago and is going back to school or fire academy or something. I'm very impressed at you and anyone else that hangs in there until they find their groove! Our forum family rocks! I wouldn't trade any of you for anything!

I'll admit something embarrassing here-
Up until about 3 months ago I didn't understand how to use HitFinder/HitScraper at all.
Like, after months of trying and tutorials on HS I finally gave up on it for a little while, went back, and now I can't turk nearly as effectively without it. Because I finally figured stuff out. There's definitely a learning curve with certain things for different people. HS and HF are both fairly straight forward, and I still didn't know what to do with them, until basically March.
But good on your brother for figuring out what he wants to do if this doesn't work for him!
