Whatever health issues (still not fully sure of everything) I have going on have forced me to cut back dramatically.
It sets off this nerve that causes my heart to go wacky and feel like I'm having a heart attack if I smoke too much or too soon after a meal.
So I've limited myself to two or three puffs, twice a week.
