Has masters been going out recently? It seemed like there was a trickle for some time after that big handout last year, but I'm not sure if I've noticed anyone getting it lately.

I haven't noticed any mention of anyone getting it lately. I remember seeing @DareAngel3 get it (I think?!), but if I'm correct that was before Christmas.
