There are things that are consistent. Some require quals, some don't. Most things are consistent for short periods then fade away and come back weeks/months later. You can learn a lot from just keeping up with conversations that don't involve pusheens. And you can definitely make 10/day just from single hits. Get your numbers up first is most important so you qualify for more hits and create a buffer for rejections.

My first question would be what are pusheens? Second question is what do you consider good numbers here are mine:

AFAIK no, since you have to call from the phone

I'm pretty sure that the Noam hits images not loading are due to their servers. I was able to get different images in a HIT loaded if I refreshed the hit.
