If anyone was still holding out for the 30 minute, $100 phone interview from GO Research, the project was nixed. This is the email I received:

Around the time when we started asking for interest in this survey, there was a restructuring at the company that manages this MTurk account, so this project fell through the cracks. I am actually leaving this team, effective tomorrow.

This project is now no longer happening. I am in the process of deleting all messages related to this project, in order to protect your information.
