I love it here. I've been all over and the Pacific NW is where I feel at home the most. I live 90 minutes from the beach, 60 minutes from awesome skiing, the weather is mild and everything is green. Good beer, anything else you could want cough cough.

I think I just finished eating it. Pizza, breadsticks, Ruffles chips and Pepsi.

(I have three teenage boys in my house today so I am eating like them, minus the fresh fruit I made them pick out at the store, and then they devoured all the raspberries, strawberries and pineapple before I could grab myself even one berry...)

(I may also have to eat a little bit more food later as it is awfully early to have already eaten dinner.)

They all rolled their eyes when I led them into the produce section of the store and said "Pick some healthy stuff out!" But then all grabbed various tubs of fruit. I put that out with the chips while I was getting the pizza ready for the oven, and by the time I walked back into the room where the food was it was ALL GONE.

Lesson learned: Offer the healthy stuff first. Hungry boys who have been participating in epic Nerf battles and swimming all day will eat almost anything you put in front of them. Oh, I also made them walk up to the store and the pizza place to acquire food. I live like a block away; it's more hassle to drive!

And, cereal involves milk so it's at least partially healthy. That's very adult!
