OK, the casinos are, at least many of them, reopening tomorrow. I'm not a gambler but I am a chowhound. I have visions of food ordered by me from a menu with many choices, cooked by another, served by another, eaten by me, and cleaned up by another.
So what do you think? Would it be somewhat safe to be one of the first, if not the first, given the employees will have been checked before starting work the first day?
I've avoided other restaurants that have opened starting last week as the casinos are highly regulated.
