I used to drink 1/2 a cup of caffeine and 1/2 cup of decaf - on days that I was working.

I was having an energy drink in the mornings for the entire first three months of pregnancy, but after finding out, everything "bad" went out the window. I know some caffeine is ok, I just don't wanna risk it.

But all these headaches and being tired all the time make me reaaallly want some.
