Mine said the same thing, I sent an email to the requester, but I just returned the survey since it only had a 60 min timer.

I feel like that might not be the best idea. If they're trying to connect you to your worker id, and you put in something random then how are they gonna find you?

anyone who was rejected on that Agnieszka Kitkowska survey from yesterday, check your dash, mine is reversed

Mine just got reversed, too.

Requester emailed me twice yesterday. First time stating they are new and looking into the issue. Second email said they couldn't figure out how to reverse it and contacted Mturk support to reverse it for them but didn't know how long it would take.

PLEASE, if you left bad TO consider editing it. This requester made a rookie mistake and did the right thing in the end. I'm not saying they deserve green TO across the board but they don't deserve to have their account totally ruined, either.
