extremely grateful for all mturk has been able to provide me.
but it doesn't leave me truly fulfilled
I don't think mturk needs to leave me "truly fulfilled" for me to be happy with it.
This is a stepping stone for anyone who doesn't like working at Walmart, mcDonnalds or something like that... (any job where you make minimum wage-30 grand a year)
those jobs are demeaning and soul sucking... not to mention they give terrible hours and your schedule can randomly change at the drop of a hat.
with mturk, I know that no matter what happens in life, I will always technically have a job... and that is pretty priceless. It means I can take risks with other things I want to do career wise and know I have somewhat of a cushion
