Thanks for your response and for your patience. My study coordinator has been looking into fixing this error. I appreciate your willingness to do the survey again. I think I just need to replenish the funds and we will be open for business again. I plan to get this done today or tomorrow.

Anyone who uses Tubedogg, Turkmaster, 1.3.4c.4 Experience the issue of not hearing an alerting sound when catching Hits? I have the setting set to "on' for Sound, but the sound never goes off.

I used to have that issue. I don't remember doing anything to fix it and it's been working fine for a while now. Maybe try just updating it?
