There is no way to talk to anyone (no options, even when I press 'i lost my card or it is stolen').

called the irs directly and they gave me a number with only information (no person to help)

Now on phone for fourth time, and have been waiting for 45 minutes.

Was about to cry, but that feeling passed about 30 minutes ago. I don't know who to call next. My Senators office??
