Anyone having this weird issue recently where you enter the code and submit a hit and get the green confirmation message from Amazon saying it was submitted.....then you look at your assigned HITs and the HIT is still there. So you open it and enter the code again, and get the confirmation message. I've sometimes had to do this multiple times today and yesterday. WTF

Yes I've had this issue. I thought it was MTS, but it's not.
