Tested positive for COVID a couple days ago with a home test and now I can say with assurance that I DID have COVID back in early March 2020 before testing was widespread as it is exactly the same symptom-wise though not as severe (more gastric than upper respiratory symptoms).

Oh I'm sorry to hear that. Just got over mine about a month ago now. Everyone in my house had that same sus feeling like pretty sure we had something weird going on but there wasn't any - well there wasn't any anything yet. I hope it doesn't last too long or linger for you.
