I'm totally fine with no response from them. I was just worried that they were gonna be like "if she wants to bitch so much, let's give her something to bitch about" and deactivate my account or something!

I buy shells and cheese every once in a while just because the boyfriend eats so much food. His appetite needs starch evidently, but then he complains about weight gain. He eats so much food, I don't even get it. I make dishes and expect leftovers for the next day, and then it's all gone. How do you suggest to your significant other that he's eating too much food in one sitting without insulting him?

This isn't about talking to him about overeating at all, but maybe he could try more protein instead of starches? Protein keeps me a lot more full and for longer than starchy foods do.

I cooked 4 chicken breasts the other evening with the expectation that two would be left over. I ate half of one and he ate three and then fed my leftover half to the dog because it didn't even occur to him that I was saving the leftover half for my lunch the next day.
