The problem with that is you don't always keep the box you drew. Sometimes you have to re draw it because it's not close enough. In that case you'd end up submitting it erroneously. Like I said submitting isn't an issue IMO. The time it takes to draw the box is the problem. Sometimes the hairline guides don't show up and if you've got to draw to the corner it becomes tricky. I quit doing them myself.
