This only applies to "real" people. If the hiring itself contains a photo of a recognizable person (i.e., a consenting professional), then that's fine.

You'd think but I see newspapers and magazines make that kind of mistake all the time. The press releases at an old company I worked for routinely messed up affect/effect.

BAD editors, BAD proofreaders. Any of either that were any good would know the diff.

my kid's mom is mad at me. during the summer, my kid's supposed to sign into an app called learning ally, and listen to an audiobook for 20 minutes per day.

but I can't get the app to connect on her tablet, on my phone, or on my laptop.

but, ..apparently I'm lying because I don't want my kid to read.
please.
twenty minutes is nothing, i spent HOURS trying to get it to work.
I just wonder if since we're in different states, the different IP addresses are causing a problem.
I don't think so, though, because it claims that it cannot connect

Can your daughter read yet? I can't remember how old she is. Would the ex find it "acceptable" to just let her read a real book for 20 minutes a day?

she can read, text, type, all that. she's 8 and a half, and has been reading and writing for over two years now.
