Update on my Steam clusterf**k for the two people that saw it this morning.

Either turning off my antivirus protection by itself or that combined with Compatibility Mode ended up getting Steam to launch, finally. Still have all of my games not downloaded, but I did download a few and the rest won't take all that long. Probably leave a bunch uninstalled, even. I enjoy having that space on the hard drive.
