I've always thought it was crappy that insurance doesn't cover hearing aids.

I get PO'd about the cost (and the fact that no one really offers coverage) every time I go to look at new ones. The Costco brand has great reviews so I'm gonna try them. Still costly but way cheaper than what they typically cost.

Yeah, they are fucking crazy. I'm glad I didn't get any just to have them not work.
I'm also glad that currently, it's more of a will-increase-your-quality-of-life need than a can't-hear-shit need.
