I've had it happen a few times, too. I'm not sure the rhyme or reason. But it's not just you I thought maybe I just had really unlucky timing.

This should be coincidence, there are around 16 people working, hard to self-pair I think.

today is the first day it's ever happened to me! I was super careful to make sure it hadn't loaded before I tried to accept a new one, so it all happened at once!
