how exactly does throttling work? is it individual by worker or does the whole batch disappear for a while?

It seems to be based on how many workers are accessing it at once, not by you individually.

Yes add it as a new script and input the Groupd ID for the hits you want to be reloaded inside the script. The group ID is located in the URL of the hit you want to reload.
