I feel it's fine - one of us is standing by 24/7 for venting, but others may feel differently.
I think I just have to get the words out of my head so that I can say that I stated my opinion. LOL
I hate that I have to feel worried about saying something that may be politically incorrect but, whatever. I'm going to state here too, for the record, I'm not trying to offend anyone with the post I made in the Social Discussion area.

I’ve never eaten durian, but if it tastes as badly as it smells...

You could kill someone with one of those things though.
My mother(of course) told me about trying some in the Philippines during the war. She said the smell was really bad, but it was good tasting and a local fruit that everyone ate. I guess if you're hungry enough, you eat what you got.

I can't even watch the parliamentary channel - I just want to scream at them to GROW UP! gawd...it's a wonder they get anything done!
I believe that parliamentary channel is called C-SPAN.

Always amazed to tune in a Canadian channel (tv or radio) off the big dish satellite and newscasts feature quite a bit of U.S. President and U.S. politics news that you'd think Canada was a territory of the U.S. or something. I would have expected much more emphasis on Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau or Canadian parliament when it comes to politics news.

My stepmom is from the Philippines. Durian is definitely not her favorite.

I quite like Rambutan. It looks like something from an alien planet. Mangosteens are good too.

Some people say that Jackfruit is the poor man's Durian. I don't completely agree. The thing is, if you get durian here(in the US), it's much less fresh and it's smell increases with over-ripeness. It always smells "funky" but, if it smells rancid(like if you ate someone's dirty gym socks and a raw onion then got sick and smelled the sick) it's old and it won't taste very good either. Plus, since it's such a complex flavor, between different individual fruits, even from the same tree, different flavors will "come forward" more or less. Onion-like flavor is the one that usually gets people, if it's strong in that particular Durian.

On the other hand, I have different fingers.

Jk. Jackfruit though, if anyone's never had it, I highly recommend. It's the flavor of Juicy Fruit gum or vice versa.:D

Have you considered sleeping in a sleeping bag in a tent in the backyard? I mean, your luck with bed sleeping is appalling. there's just something about your bed that should be avoided....or exorcised.

She makes jackfruit and banana fritters which are quite delicious. I think she uses canned jackfruit though.

but it's nice if you do a "report and return" so I can find out if it's broken or unpaid screener or whatever if I am previewing it and see the warning icon on my screen.
I try to remember to report and return as much as possible, but what I was talking about was when I have several batch hits sitting in my list, then something else better pops up.

How in the heck are people making 100 + here? Those closed qualifications huh? I need to look into closed qualifications. I have a lot of studying to do. Why am I such a lazy, unmotivated, sack of potatoes? I bet its the fluoride in the tap water and processed foods. Maybe a little chemtrails and mk ultra.

It takes some time, persistence, and generally never leaving the computer.
