I don't even think they see the pattern of dot selections. Just aggregated responses. Maybe individual responses are available, but honestly for survey analysis only the aggregate is important (unless you have ACs, then of course those questions are important! Or you know that questions 8, 14, 21 and 28 should be answered similarly otherwise someone is random clicking).
