I've thought about it. If we did it, it wouldn't be like it was before. We'd have to do a whole nomination phase and stuff like Crowd Pleaser, or like how we used to do it on MTG. We wouldn't be able to base it off how many HITs people had posted like we were doing before because that was something that @Kadauchi had set up, and he was sending us the numbers every month. I'd really rather not have to bother him with something like that every month.

if you're using MTS, when you click share, select "Plain" and it will copy the exported hit to your clipboard. Paste it from there. the MTS export hasn't been working since the forum code updates.

Yeah, the problem with those awards though is favoritism. People like to nominate and vote for their friends, and that can sometimes lead to very helpful people being overlooked a lot because they may not necessarily be the most chatty people. We've always tried to find ways of making sure people were being nominated for the right reasons, so separating HIT Poster from Crowd Pleaser was our attempt at doing that. The idea was that we could always ensure that all of the nominees were the most helpful rather than the most liked. So I feel like going back to having a nomination phase for that award kinda defeats the purpose of what we were originally trying to do with it, and it's one of the main reasons why I've been hesitant to bring it back.

Also, running awards is kinda time-consuming. Having to set up the nomination thread, keep an eye on it and promote it while that's going on, setup voting, and so on. I have enough going on right now that I'm not really interested in running another award like that at the moment. We also don't really have an active enough community where I can try to condense an entire award into 5-6 days like I used to. I've been having to stretch Crowd Pleaser out to a week and a half or more lately, just to make sure people are participating. If we add another award to that right now, we're going to be running awards almost constantly throughout the month. As we saw on MTG when we used to do it that way, it can lead to voter burnout, where people just kinda stop participating because it no longer seems all that special.

These are things to consider, I think.
