I got burned on that self control lab hit too. I thought I was the only one who wasn't "greedy" lol. I learned my lesson although will still feel guilty about it.

Hey everyone,

I have been receiving e-mails over the last month or two from some of you wondering what the status of the calendar collection project is. I had been told by the customer that approval was expected in mid-to-late June and that they were looking forward to the project.

Earlier this week though I received an e-mail that the project will most likely not happen this year. The calendar collection project was moved to a different department within the customer's company and when it was moved the new department did not budget for the project. They have stated that they want to do the project and are looking for emergency funding but that it is unlikely. They told me that they put a note to add it to the budget next year, but that does very little to help us this year.

While that project looks unlikely a few other big potential projects have come in the door over the past week. I hope those are given the green light and we have all the work we can handle over the summer.

One day there will be a sick reverse psychology HIT that gives better bonuses to those that show humility over those that just take as much as they can. I always try to go as close to 50/50 as I can as well, but it usually screws me over.

I really do appreciate the surveys that give out flat bonuses to everyone at the end regardless of decisions made. More requesters should do that.

This is why smart requesters put a "no more than 1000 HITs submitted" qual on their surveys.
