Not a recipe, but we get frozen tilapia with Mexican seasoning in a big box at Costco. Not sure of the brand but the box is white with aqua lettering. I put it in the over for 10 minutes on a side at 400, starting top down... it is some great tilapia. I've no idea how many boxes we have gone through. Been buying it for years. Recommended.
