Too much stuff, basically. Refreshing too much, running too many PANDAs, too many scripts, and/or having too many things going at once. It's Amazon's way of saying to slow down.

Ah it stopped happening when I turned my HIT scraper off. Guess I'll have to figure out a new system. Thanks for your help!
