I hate people....

So they wanted to charge me $725 to change my plane from EWR -> MSY today ( which has already been delayed till tonight / going to be cancelled) to EWR-> Houston-> BTR tomorrow....lady said change fee and difference was $725.....I called bullshit and said there are travel waivers because of the storm....she checked...I was right - my big victory of the day
