Or people who have to wait two months to get an appointment with their primary and don't think they should just suffer until then.

If it's taking two months to get an appointment my first impression is to say get a different primary or go to a non-urgent free clinic, but I realize that some people do need urgent care because they don't have other options.

I'm sorry if the comment was offensive. It was directed at the shocking number of people who go in for extremely minor/non-urgent cases and then drive up costs and wait time for people who need help. Last year, when I was accompanying a friend with bad dehydration and food poisoning to urgent care, there were multiple people who just wanted pregnancy tests. Took 2 hours to get him fluids.
