I was going to say, I've never done one before but it was fairly easy, like 10-15mins easy. Are their HITs easier than the qual?
No, they aren't. I think the biggest issue with them is learning not to waste too much time on the difficult ones. He does not want ANY guessing at all. If you are not 100% sure, you have to return the HIT. It's a tough balance trying to do good research while knowing that you can get right to the end and have to toss it back, because something seems off.

Because half the people there don't actually need urgent care and clog up the system instead of going to their primary care like they should.

Many of us don't have primary care docs any more. They went to concierge medicine or what I call they became Amway docs.
