It's not okay to say that you are not abiding by the qualifications set out by a requester, or not following their instructions.
Requesters read this forum, and even if they didn't, it's important to do the right thing. We all rely on mturk (to some extent) for income. If we look like we are promoting scammy behavior, then requesters will take their work elsewhere.

So, it's in ALL our best interests.
