Busy week here. Finally getting my 13 year old home today after she has been on vacations with her mother and my parents since school got out 3 weeks ago. Planning on spending some time tormenting her. So hopefully some money drops this morning so I can put in a half day.

Busy week here. Finally getting my 13 year old home today after she has been on vacations with her mother and my parents since school got out 3 weeks ago. Planning on spending some time tormenting her. So hopefully some money drops this morning so I can put in a half day.

yep. from different marriages. the kids are completely different from each other and so far apart in age that they each act like an only child. super fun.

kiddo's room flooded for the second time since we've lived here, because of the upstairs apartment A/C. So much stuff ruined/molded. His room smells disgusting and makes me nauseous being in there, and my neighbor started having an asthma attack from being in there for less than 2 minutes. So now kiddo is sleeping with me and some professional carpet cleaners have to come in and determine if it can be cleaned or if it has to be replaced. Also some trim in the kitchen has to be replaced where it soaked through. I hate these apartments so much.

in many states mold damage can be a reason to legally break lease. you may want to check that out if you are looking to get out of there.

My two year old is now parked on the floor watching The Secret Life of Pets in glorious 4K UHD. I think this must be toddler heaven.
