I've done these in the past. I just downloaded a quick voice recorder app and plugged my phone into my PC. Record through the app, drag the resulting file to your desktop, then upload to the vocaroo website they want you to use. Pretty easy once you get everything set up. I made a decent amount of money through these guys a month or two ago.
