Mine have. I've left maybe 4 comments ever. Edit: It doesn't say you have to leave comments, from my understanding. I had no idea others were always leaving them.

It depends on what I'm tracking with it. For CSATs I'm using 1 second, and I use 2 for most pandas. For requesters and searches I use 30, but I'll raise it if they don't post often or if the HITs are not highly demanded.
