A time machine. But you don't really want that qual. The requester likes to send emails with insults and threats if you make any tiny mistakes and then pulls the qual if he doesn't like you.

What is rain?

It has been many moons since I have seen the sky water.

We have a "rainy," season (which is half snow and ice) and then...it's back to desert time. Things were green for like a month LOL.

I live smack in the middle of a mountain range/the high desert so my town is a mix of mountain woods, a gorgeous valley, a sandy desert, and I live in the weird middle of everything zone.
