I felt really bad for the requester. Wish he would have reached out to more than just one worker or joined a forum for realistic and credible feedback/expectations.

Not for lack of trying, though. Many people emailed the requester and sent him links to the forum and even to the requester thread we made for him. He just wasn't interested.
