Before it was maybe 3-4 times a year.....last time they posted the qual it was like every day for a week so I don't know if they will follow that "schedule" anymore

Once you learn to be comfortable in your own skin and not need to depend on any body. It gets better. You don't many people around you. Find the right ones to let your guard down. Even if it takes years.
