Same deal at all inclusive resorts in Mexico. You just have to plan to consume 4x as many drinks as you want to, to get the same effect.

Some dummy decided to send me to Vegas for my birthday in middle of June one summer. Had a layover in Denver. Froze my ass off. Landed in vegas and sweat within seconds and wanted to die . Hell in the summer is being nice.
