So what do you do when your 14 year old daughter wants to sleep until 7 at night?

it's summer break, let her. Unless it's a depression thing, then get her help.
She's one of those kids that likes to be difficult...like staying up when she has school etc, now it's sleeping 15 hours.

It isn't necessarily about being difficult. Maybe she just needs less sleep. Maybe her sleep rhythm isn't the same as yours. Not to mention that's typical teenage behavior.

She will literally do what she isn't suppose to be doing on purpose....like if she were to get in trouble and you took all her stuff where there is nothing to do she'll still stay up all night to spite you, she has ODD she was diagnosed with it,

The Monster has spent her entire summer vacation staying up until 7 am then sleeping until about 5pm.

So a teenager?

To a certain extent that's still normal teenage behavior. I don't know a lot about ODD though. But you know, and I'm really not trying to be an ass, but have you considered the reason your kids rebel so much might be because you say things like 'she's spiteful' 'he's self-centered' etc.? Even if you don't say it to them, it's not hard to pick up on attitudes like that.

Truthfully our oldest kid is self centered but he's not rebellious he's just the spitting image of his dad. The one we are talking about now has always been difficult and supposedly her dad had and still has a lot of the same issues. I've been around for a long time but you can only escape your genes so much. The girls in general have always been way harder than the boys have, I dunno of that is typical or not.

Like the daughter that just left the biggest issue she has is she has serious daddy issues that I dunno if she'll ever get over.

Is there anything she's avoiding by sleeping so much? Like any responsibilities? If not I don't really see the problem, unless she has some other problem like themildone @themildone said depression etc that should be looked into.
