I haven’t worked in weeks, been busy visiting friends and family and trying to enjoy my summer as much as possible before my surgery on July 27. Just wanted to stop by to say hello and wish everybody happy thoughts.

yeah, lol - I'm now considering nachos and melted grated cheese and sour cream. I also have a can of diced tomatoes that I can spruce up, but that's pushing my motivation limit. Nachos and cheese coming up!

In my pre-covid life, this would be acceptable, no complaints, but it wouldn't be the norm. I am soooo missing fresh vegetables and fruits, salads, and home-cooked comfort foods. I'm eating too much canned, prepaired, high-sodium crap, and unhealthy snacks.
