The only thing we can do is just keep trying, keep doing research. Week after week, but mostly on Fridays and the weekend. You never stop learning, that's what I always say.

How did you manage that? Did Lot get his account back too?

I put up one of my usual nonsense HITs and I guess Amazon determined that I was paying too much, so they suspended us both for "doing work off-site."

He didn't get his account back. Well, technically he did get his mturk account back, but like the very next day they went and suspended his Payments account. After nearly two months of fighting with them about that, I think he finally gave up. He has job now, anyway.
