they can do this thing called rejection. They don't have to threaten anyone. Just stating it is fine. Giving it it's own page in Big Black Bold type is overdoing it.

should probably look at it from requester point of view. the amount of bullshit and scams and poor work. if you dont SPELL IT OUT LIKE THIS. maybe people will actually put effort.
