I feel shocked and ashamed to see many workers have tried to contact me via this temporal email account when they encounter problems on our HIT and I did not respond and address the issue promptly. If you got a rejection on our HIT, the decision was automatically assigned if the system detects invalid completion codes. I feel awful and guilty if the invalid completion code was due to the technical error of our system. However, I would like to stress that this HIT was NOT a fraud and I did approve most of the submissions (the approval rate was around 90%). This is really unfortunate but it is likely that I could not withdraw this decision since my MTurk account has been suspended. Regardless, I would certainly withdraw the rejection and compensate for your work if I would get my account back. Apologies again and have a nice day!
