I'm minutes from the Gulf Coast in MS. I really hope everyone that is asked to evacuate does.
The French Quarter and most of New Orleans is already flooding from rain this week, which makes sense because it's a bowl below sea level.

I know New Orleans is vibrant with history and all, and a fun town. But I just feel like I wouldn't live there or continue to live there if I could help it.

I completely agree. I love visiting there for so many reasons, but if I lived there and I had the choice to get out permanently, I would.

I did my transfer from payments around 4pm est yesterday, got the processed email around 5ish. It was in my bank account when I work up this morning.

I did notice that the money didn't hit my payments account from mturk for a good 2-3 hours later than usual though.

Ugh, I just completed the entirety of Kinga Makovi "Survey About Economic Decisions" and it gave me some BS about demographics being full or something and saying I should return. It also gave me a code to submit for the full bonus+0.50. WWYD?

yup, what I withdrew day before yesterday took 2x as long as usual

was that on your banks side or amazon payment's? I just talked to them on the phone and they told me "I have to be patient". I've had slow downs in the withdrawal proccess but never at this particular step, the last one that sends the money to my bank.

was that on your banks side or amazon payment's? I just talked to them on the phone and they told me "I have to be patient". I've had slow downs in the withdrawal proccess but never at this particular step, the last one that sends the money to my bank.

no clue, amazon payments showed it was transferred but it wasn't in my bank. It happens every now and then but it usually resolves itself by the next day. Being patient is probably the best answer, unfortunately :/
